On a food tour we came to sample tortellini in brodo and it was so good I had to return the next day for more brodo, this time with passatelli, a pasta made of eggs, cheese and breadcrumbs, nutmeg and lemon zest. I wish I lived in Bologna so I could regularly get my brodo from here 😍

Here we tried (half order €5) tortellini pasta soup, and a red wine. I hadn’t tried this traditional Balognese dish before, but it was delicious. Best of all my toddler tried to steal it from me! She loved it.
We stopped here as part of a food tour, and it was so good, we came back on our last day. I’m not a stranger to tortellini in brood, and this was exceptional. My friend and I agreed this was the best thing we ate in Bologna. We also picked up one of the pink ravioli biscuits in the case - delicious. Fantastic service as well. Highly recommended.

This was literally the best fresh Tortellini we have ever had the pleasure of tasting, simply beautiful. We also bought some pasta dough to prepare at home and again it failed to disappoint. Just incredible

In the back of Mercato delle Erbe, a nice little store where you can buy fresh pasta (and actually see them being made), but our favorite were the almond cookies, called Cantucci Morbidi. 100% recommend to grab a bag!

They have the BEST tortellini in brodo (with the broth) in all of Bolonha, probably the best 10 euros spent of the year

Pasta fresca la migliore che c'è, tortellini fatti secondo tradizione con gli ingredienti giusti , passatelli super, tagliatelle carnose e ruvide come piacciono a me , tortelloni con la ricotta ( di ottima qualità) belli panzuti con tanto ripieno. Ogni tanto per la pausa pranzo da lavoro prendo un tortellino in brodo di cappone che è delizioso e mi riscalda pure. Personale giovane , professionale, Ed educato.

The best fresh pasta there is, tortellini made according to tradition with the right ingredients, super passatelli, meaty and rough tagliatelle as I like them, tortelloni with ricotta (excellent quality) nice and plump with lots of filling. Every now and then for my lunch break from work I take a tortellino in capon broth which is delicious and also warms me up. Young, professional, And polite staff.

Ho comprato le tagliatelle e i passatelli una prelibatezza unica, in più ho anche mangiato lì i tortellini in brodo. Tutto perfetto per non parlare della ragazza al banco, di una gentilezza e bravura davvero da 5 stelle! Pulizia top
